Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Condition of Returnable Items
For an item to be eligible for a return and full refund, it must meet the following conditions:
Must be Unopened: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
Original Condition: All original tags, labels, and protective seals must be intact.
Unused and in the same condition you received it.
3. Exception: Faulty or Defective Items
The only exception to the "unopened" rule is for items that are confirmed to be faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately. We will cover all costs associated with returning the defective item and will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, as required by law.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been opened, used, or where the original seal has been broken are not eligible for return unless they are faulty (see section 3).
Gift cards, digital products, and final sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
5. How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at support@thedaintydial.co.za with the reason for the return.
2. Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved and the item meets the unopened condition (or is confirmed faulty), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
